Abstract

Gestión y Tendencias (GESTEN) will be the outreach publication of the Department of Management and Business at FEN, placing our reflection and proposals on management at the service of society.

We want GESTEN to be a pertinent contribution to the challenges facing our organizations, informing reflection and decision-making in the field. In each issue we will therefore make available to the reader current opinion pieces, studies, book reviews, and other ways of sharing the results of our work.

We want to help provide keys for interpreting major trends in management, going beyond fashions and prescriptions, with short articles presenting well-founded, cutting-edge information on relevant topics related to business management.

We have opted for a digital medium that is easily accessible from anywhere; we want our output to be known without any restriction.

We aspire for GESTEN to be the instrument that articulates a community of knowledge and opinion bringing together our researchers, professors, and students.
